what to expect
time commitment
Two practices per week (TUES/THURS) at a Westshore field, plus one game each weekend during both the Spring and Fall seasons. Pre-season conditioning sessions may also be offered to help athletes prepare for the season.
equipment
WSFA provides a helmet, shoulder pads, game jersey, and football pants for each athlete with a refundable equipment deposit. Families are responsible for providing cleats, a mouthguard, football girdle, and any optional accessories their athlete may prefer, such as gloves.
no experience? no problem!
Many of our athletes are trying football for the very first time. Our coaches focus on teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and helping every player develop at their own pace in a supportive team environment.
