What Happens if a Team Reaches Capacity?
- GAME ROSTERS
- When selecting athletes to be placed on a game roster, Head Coaches will use the following criteria:
- To what degree does an athlete consistently demonstrate WARRIOR values?
- To what degree does an athlete uphold the WSFA Player Code of Conduct?
- To what degree does an athlete invest in training, team events and game play with their very best effort and attitude?
- To what degree does an athlete demonstrate a consistent capacity to safely perform the physical and technical elements of their role(s) within the team (or demonstrate commitment and improvement in developing these abilities)?
- To what degree is an athlete willing and able to contribute to the team, beyond their physical and technical role?
- Does the athlete demonstrate that they are willing and able to perform their role for the entire season
Game roster selections will be finalized before the third week of game play each season.
Athletes must demonstrate a continued commitment to upholding WARRIOR values and alignment with our goals to maintain a position on a game roster. Actions to the contrary could result in an athlete being removed from a WSFA game roster. If removed from a game roster, an athlete cannot be reinstated onto a game roster for the remainder of that season. They may be eligible to join an in-house roster at the WSFAâs discretion.

- IN-HOUSE ROSTERS
- If registration numbers are greater than the selected game roster size for each team, and WSFA is able to provide the appropriate resources, athletes may be given the opportunity to continue training through the season on an in-house roster. In-house roster athletes will receive the same access to coaching, training, team events and mentorship opportunities as game roster players.
