Treasurer The Treasurer oversees the financial stewardship of WSFA, ensuring accurate budgeting, transparent reporting, and sound financial controls. The role supports the Board with timely financial information, monitors revenues and expenditures, and helps ensure the Association meets its financial and regulatory obligations. Coach Coordinator The Coach Coordinator supports the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of coaches across the Association. The role facilitates certification and training requirements, acts as a liaison between coaches and the Board, and helps promote consistent coaching standards aligned with WSFA values and league expectations. Field Coordinator The Field Coordinator supports the scheduling and use of fields for practices and games. The role works with municipalities, school districts, parks departments, and other user groups to secure bookings, completes seasonal booking forms, monitors the Field Coordinator email, shares field updates with teams, and attends Board meetings as needed.
